The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary.
Delivery to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Delivery charges (including VAT)
We do not charge delivery charges.
Delivery times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–8 working days following the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, following the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
