How to find the right spare part
- Identify the exact model designation of your BALDERIA product. You will find this on the type plate or in the operating instructions.
- Select the relevant model or the appropriate product category.
- Before ordering, check the stated model compatibility and item number.
For each spare part we indicate which models it is suitable for. You will also find the price and the intended ordering route there.

Spare parts for consumers
Spare parts that can be ordered by consumers, for example remote controls, can be found directly with the respective product.
The stated total price for consumers includes statutory VAT. Whether shipping costs apply is indicated with the respective offer and before the order is completed.
Spare parts and repair information for professional repairers
Certain electrical and functional components are subject to special requirements for professional repair. Professional repairers therefore receive the spare parts available for the respective model, as well as the required repair and maintenance information, after verification of their qualification and consultation with our customer service. Proof of the required technical expertise and proof of business liability insurance may be requested. We decide on professional qualification to repair our products within five working days. Upon a positive decision, professional repairers receive the requested repair and maintenance information within one working day.
Delivery time for spare parts that must be made available by law
For spare parts that must be made available under the applicable eco-design requirements, we guarantee delivery within ten working days of receipt of the order during the respective statutory availability period.

Statutory warranty
Your statutory guarantee rights are not restricted by ordering a spare part. If a defect occurs during the statutory warranty period, please contact our customer service before placing a chargeable order.
Work on live electrical, thermal or safety-relevant components may only be carried out by appropriately qualified persons.
